1. Processing & Handling Times
- Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is received.
- Custom or made-to-order items may take 5-7 business days to process before shipment.
- Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
- You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order has shipped.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates
We only ship via USPS and offer the following services:

- Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather conditions, or peak holiday periods.
- We currently ship only within the United States.
3. Local Delivery
We offer local delivery within 20 miles of our address (Nampa, ID 83651).
- Local deliveries are available.
- Delivery fees may apply and will be calculated at checkout.
- Customers will be contacted to confirm a delivery time.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking details. You can track your package using the link provided.
5. Shipping to PO Boxes
We do ship to PO Boxes using USPS services. However, Express shipping may not be available for certain PO Box locations.
6. Shipping Restrictions & Address Issues
- We do not ship outside of the United States.
- If an incorrect shipping address is provided, please contact us immediately. Once an order has shipped, we cannot change the delivery address.
7. Delays & Lost Packages
- Carrier Delays: We are not responsible for delays due to USPS operational issues, weather conditions, or peak holiday shipping.
- Lost or Stolen Packages: Once a package is marked as “Delivered” by USPS, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is missing, please check with your local post office and file a claim with USPS.
- Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged product and packaging.
